Aubrey was born on August 13, 1990.

The Early Years

Through our Capacity Building program, we have the potential to make real and positive change. This is one of our key areas of focus here at The Aubrey Mitsch Foundation, and a source of much success for our Non-Profit Organization.

Call to Service

Aubrey's military service began in 2014. As a Platoon Leader, Aubrey's dedication and commitment were evident from the outset, earning her the esteemed title of Honor Graduate from Basic Combat Training.

Specializing as a medic, Aubrey's expertise and compassion were instrumental in her role within the Maryland Army National Guard Medical Department. Her tenure there showcased her unwavering dedication to her fellow service members, going above and beyond to ensure their well-being and readiness for any mission.

Transitioning to the 29th Combat Aviation Battalion, Aubrey's leadership capabilities truly shone. Tasked with overseeing the medical clinic, she took on the responsibility with fervor and meticulous attention to detail. She considered every individual in her unit as "her soldiers," fostering a bond of trust and respect.

Aubrey's advocacy for her soldiers was unwavering, earning her admiration from both her subordinates and superiors alike. Her ability to speak frankly and assertively, coupled with her genuine concern for the well-being of her unit, distinguished her as an exemplary leader. Her actions epitomized the values of selfless service and dedication to duty, setting a standard of excellence for those around her.

Throughout her military career, Aubrey has exemplified the highest ideals of leadership and service, leaving an indelible mark on all those she has served with. Her legacy is one of honor, integrity, and unwavering commitment to her fellow service members and her country.
